   The Yellow Hill Hospitality Investments company is part of the global ‘Martijn Coenen Capital Group’ founded in 2020 in the Netherlands.

With it’s first presence at a small regional airport, our company has a rich experience in providing the most attractive and welcome environment for travelers, tourists and citizens. We funded hotels, restaurants and leisure places at airports and in nearby towns. And with success, our company won the ‘most attractive tourist magnet election’ in 2020 in Knuffingen itself.

   Our mission is to invest in real estate and well being of citizens but also to provide it’s shareholders the return on their investment and risk.

Now in 2021 we are establishing our presence in Yellow Hill. A beautiful county with it’s smaller and bigger towns, nature and attractive surroundings. With our good relations with the county government we will be developing a fantastic and attractive place to be, as business owner, as representative but certainly also as citizen, as tourist and everyone else who likes to be in this community.
